Nothing but good experiences - luckily there aren't too terribly many of them to begin with, but in each instance where I have needed the support of my insurance company this team has been pleasant, supportive and prompt. 1. "I have used Nikki Dyer’s State Farm office in Highlands Ranch, CO, for a number of years. In particular, I work with Melissa Compton,. one of her associates. By far, she is one of the BEST State Farm representatives I have ever had the pleasure to work with. And I have used State Farm forever all over the country. My wife and I moved to South Carolina in June, 2023, and stayed there until November, 2024, when we returned to Colorado. Unfortunately, I was involved in an accident in May of 2024. My fault. The other party has continued to be obstinate about a settlement so the claim is still open. When returning to Colorado, we elected to once again use Nikki Dyer’s agency for insurance coverage on our home, cars, and personal property liability coverage. We mainly made that decision because Melissa was still at the agency. Since being back, I talked with Melissa on several occasions about the South Carolina accident. Without my asking, she took it upon herself to get involved with the claim to get it resolved, showing incredible initiative. Although resolution is still pending, she has stayed active in talking with State Farm management to finalize the settlement which should be forthcoming in the next day or so. I once was a CEO for several companies. Never did I have someone like Melissa with such interest and tenaciousness in taking care of a client’s interest as Melissa has shown. As long as she is with State Farm, we will be a loyal customer."

"I've been with Nikki Dyer's agency for over a decade. This past year alone the folks there have gone above and beyond. When my car was hail damaged, they worked with the repair company to get approvals done amazingly fast. So fast that the hail company asked for their info and "how I did that". Not me, Nikki Dyer's office. In a seperate incident, when my windshield was improperly installed, they chased down the numbers and information necessary to get it replaced wthout me having to argue with the installing company. They're easy to get a hold of, a pleasure to work with, and I recommend them to anyone in the area."

"Nikki reached out today after the lengthy ordeal below and was very pleasant to work with. She explained more about how the policy works and what I should be understanding regarding my use of the vehicle and how it impacts my coverage. The 1-star rating reflects the initial experience with this office, not the latest work done by Nikki and will updated accordingly once I'm sure everything has been sorted out. Everything below was written prior to 1/2/24 and reflected my opinions at the time of writing. I started a new policy with Ryan's help in September and was quoted $63/month for insurance on an old project car. I was billed correctly for the first two months of the policy, but after that, I have been getting charged $260-$270 each month now. I have called Nikki's office 3 separate times before today, the first being over a month ago when the first overcharge was made. Nikki promised a call back on one call and Ryan promised a call back on another. When I called again today after still hearing nothing from either of them, he said he was "just taking a look at it this morning" after a month of leaving it sit (what luck). Not sure what he was looking at before I called, because it took less than 4 minutes of typing away in silence for him to have to admit he couldn't see what I was being billed for and needed to contact underwriting to find out anything about it. EDIT: Ryan did call me back at the end of the day after leaving this review and explained that the difference in price was because of some mistakes in how I filled out some paperwork from some miscommunication during the policy setup, but has now resolved the issue. I'm happy to now be paying the agreed price going forward for my policy. I still do not recommend this office. After I'd thanked Ryan for fixing the issue, he replied with "...and that review you left?" followed by a long pause waiting for me to say I'd take it down. After hearing that, it is blatantly obvious that this issue was only a priority because their rating was negatively affected. EDIT 2: I received another email from Ryan telling me that I've slandered the office and that issue is not resolved and will require another phone call on Tuesday. So that's fun. I just wanted to pay $63 for insurance like we agreed, that's it. The headaches just don't stop."
